Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) will set up the first wind power project in Rajasthan. An agreement to this effect has been signed between BHEL and Rajasthan State Power Corporation Ltd (RSPCL), on authorisation by Rajasthan Energy Development Agency.
