The Madhya Pradesh Government in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is organising an international seminar here later this week on "Decentralisation - New Opportunities". Delegates from Canada, China, Australia, Brazil, South Africa and different States of India will participate in the seminar.
