A power regulatory body is being set up in Rajasthan to streamline power transmission and distribution, plug power theft, and implement reforms to make the Rajasthan State Electricity Board viable, the Rajasthan Energy Minister, Mr Bhanwar Lal Sharma, said at New Delhi today.
