The Rajasthan government on Thursday introduced a comprehensive bill in the state Legislative Assembly for the power sector reforms, which among other things, envisages setting up of an Independent regulatory Commission.The bill, called Rajasthan Power Sector reforms Bill, 1999, was introduced in the House by power minister Chandra Bhan and would be taken up in the House for discussion and passage on Saturday.
