Goans groaning under very trying electricity supply conditions have been asked to put in a little more patience till the power situation in this small state improves for the better. But citizens have been cautioned against questioning the grant of huge tariff subsidies to industries, and politicians argue that any other policy would hit small users harder.Goa's power minister Mauvin Godinho has said here that a bill to set up an independent state power regulatory commission would be tabled here shortly. This body will fix power tariffs, ensure "competition" and promote "efficiency" in the power sector, he said.
