The 6 million tonne refinery to be set up at Bina in Madhya Pradesh by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) is expected to get delayed as it has yet to receive environmental clearance. A senior BPCL official said that work on the project has been very slow. "About Rs 300 crore has spent on the civil work. It could take another two to three years for the project to take shape," he added.
