The Biodiversity Bill, seeking to give the sovereign right to a nation over its biological resources, wil be introduced in the Winter session of Parliament. Speaking to The Observer of Business and Politics, Union Minister for Environment and Forests Suresh Prabhu said: "The final draft of the Biodiversity Bill is ready and will be introduced in the Winter session of Parliament."
