Former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana has said that under no circumstances would 15-year-old commercial vehicles be taken off the roads. He also promised that when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) comes to power at the centre, permits for vehicles would be issued only for a period, of five years.
