Only two of the 15 national players in UK's soon to be liberalised retail electricity market take the environment seriously enough to offer "green" tariffs to customers. Eastern and South Western have begun marketing electricity produced from renewable energy sources - such as wind power - to help capture new customers when the sale of electricity to households is thrown open to competition this year.
