A chemical explosion Wednesday morning at a nuclear bomb factory in Oak Ridge, Tenn., (U.S) injured three workers, one seriously, and contaminated a fourth worker with uranium. The incident occurred about 9:30 a.m. as workers tried to clean up a mixture of sodium and potassium that had been spilled last Friday. Something, possibly water, reacted with the sodium to cause the explosion, plant officials said.
