British Nuclear Fuels PLC announced a number of safety and management changes, including replacing several top directors, including Rob Chinese, the company's finance director. BNFL said the changes are being made in response to the damning reports published by The Health and Safety Executive, or HSE in February regarding falsification of quality data and supervision of operations at the Sellafield nuclear fuel reprocessing plant.
