The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court has admitted five public interest litigations against the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) and its functioning including the power purchase agreement with Enron and its subsidiary Dabhol Power Corporation (DPC), load shedding, waiving of huge power arrears and related matters.
