British wind energy company Renewable Energy Systems said yesterday it had finished building a wind farm in southern France capable of generating enough electricity to supply 5,600 households. The 7.8-megawatt project at Le Souleilla, which has six wind turbines, is expected to start generating power by the end of the year, said Renewable Energy Systems (RES).
