BSES Ltd is negotiating with Delhi government for a greenfield project for the capital in view of the Delhi's spiralling power requirement in the coming years. The proposal states that the main partners in the project be BSES and Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL). The proposal suggests that 45 per cent equity be given to BSES and GAIL each witht he remaining 10 per cent distributed to various financial institutions.
