The wonder fuel?:Dr. Maurice Strong, Under Secretary General and Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, revealed an ability to combine business with environment concerns, when he spoke of a rare fuel that one of his companies had developed - burning water.Dr. Strong's company, Quantum Energy Technologies of USA, has developed in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT), a process for mixing water with petrol or diesel.
