President George W. Bush will unveil his recommendations for tackling America's energy problems during a visit on May 17 to St. Paul, Minnesota, the White House said yesterday. Bush is to speak to area business leaders after touring the District Energy facility in St. Paul, which uses new technologies to burn coal, natural gas, oil and renewable wood biomass.
