The Arunachal Pradesh cabinet has approved to allocate the 330 mega watt Kurung Kumey Hydro Power Project to the North East Electrical Power Corporation (NEEPCO) for execution. The cabinet in its sitting on November 1 last also approved establishment of Gas Power Plant in Miao under Changlang district and establishment of a Nursing College at the state capital, official sources said here today. It further approved for launching of chief minister’s Health Insurance Scheme and CM’s Trophy for Football and Volleyball players for both girls and boys events, sources added.
