The Andhra Pradesh government constituted a 10-member Cabinet sub-committee, headed by Major Irrigation Minister, Mr. Tummala Nageshwara Rao, to study all Godavari based projects and report as to what should be done for full utilisation of the river waters. The committee will consult political parties and experts on the projects in the Godavari basin and submit a report to the Government within a month.
