The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has pulled up Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB) for high system losses and serious short-comings in tariff rationalisation and billing. Central Electricity Authority (CEA), the power sector regulator has fixed an upper limit of 15.5 per cent for system losses.
