British oil exploration group Cairn Energy Plc has said it has made a third oil/gas discovery off India's east coast.The company said exploration well DWN-P-1 on its 100 percent owned Block KG-DWN-98/2 offshore Andhra Pradesh encountered two hydrocarbon bearing units but further appraisal was needed.
