California launched a campaign yesterday to enlist an army of two million preteen children to join an energy conservation crusade - and if a parents dream car guzzles too much fuel they better beware. "When your parents buy a new car, tell them to compare the fuel efficiency of different models and buy a car that gets higher miles per gallon," the campaign's tip sheet says.
