Establishing a dump for medium-level nuclear waste in South Australia must be put to a referendum, State Opposition environment spokesman John Hill said yesterday.Mr Hill said he was confident the result of such a vote would send a clear message to the Federal Government that a medium-level nuclear waste dump was not wanted in SA.
