Exactly while chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu was laying foundation stone for a massive project across river Godavari at Devadula in Warangal district on Saturday forenoon, members of the world Commission on dams and some environmentalists were insisting at a national workshop here that the 'contributing participants' such as displaced persons should be involved actively in the project.
