The Council for Advancement of People's Action & Rural Technology (CAPART) will be taking up a watershed conservation and development programme in the north eastern States through the voluntary organisations (VOs). This was stated in a workshop organized by CAPART at NIRD, NE Regional centre, Guwahati on May 24 and 25, said a release here.
