The Central Electricity Authority(CEA) has accord techno-economic clarance (TEC) for the 330-mw Shrinagar hydroelecrtic project to be executed by Duncans North Hydro Power Company Ltd (DNHPC), a joint venture between the US-based Synergics and Duncans Industries Ltd.
