The Centre is working out an "acceptable-to-all" package to resolve the standoff between the Dabhol Power Company (DPC) and the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) over the payment of outstanding bills and cost of power, Mr A V Gokak, the Centre's representative in the negotiating committee, said on Friday.
