To resolve all outstanding issues pertaining to the Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Company (DPC), the Centre will begin its first round of conciliation process on Saturday even though Union Power Secretary A K Basu categorically stated that the later will not take over the private power project.The Centre has also made it clear that the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) will not buy power from DPC.
