Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Dr R Chidambaram said country should go for international collaboration in the field of nuclear energy on equal partnership basis and not on donor-recipient basis. Redefining India's atomic power policy, he said there was a need for adopting a policy of self-reliance as immunity against technology denial.
