Colonel K L K Prasad (retd) is a man with a mission. The mission of creating a countrywide "children's army" for conserving water. As part of his 'Only Children Can Save India' project, Prasad has spent the past three years creating environmental awareness among children by visiting nearly 100 schools all over the country, including Delhi, Raipur, Sagar, Ahmedabad, Bhuj and Hyderabad, and spread the message of water conservation among about two lakh children.
