Zhejiang Machinery and Equipment Import/Export Corporation (ZMEC), a Chinese company, has been chosen for the implementation of two 210 MW units of Rayalaseema Thermal Power Project (RTPP), Stage-II. The company had offered the lowest bid at a total cost of Rs. 1,230.52 crores, including spares and excluding interest during construction.
