Thailand's Prime Minister Chuan Leekpai yesterday shot down a call by the City to shift oil facilities out of Bangkok. "It's easy to talk about moving the depots but hard to put into practice," he said. Oil facilities could be moved out if they posed a danger to the public but safety measures in place made such a move unnecessary.
