The Confederation of Indian Industry, northern region, has agreed to assit the Himachal Pradesh government in augmenting its efforts in attracting investments in the power sector as also aid the process of policy formulation in the sector. Toward this end, the CII has constituted a five-member task force heades by Ashok Tondon to aid the government in creating a congenial environment for the smooth functioning of the power sector.
