City scientists develop dinosaur skin

The credit for developing artificial skin for robotic dinosaurs, which are on display here at the national science centre, goes to Delhi-based scientists who completed the task in three months. "The low-cost skin was developed indigenously in just three months for NSC as part of a crash programme to complete the project," V.P. Malhotra, head of the material science centre at the Sriram Institute of Industrial Research said.
