India, Japan to collaborate : India and Japan are poised to collaborate in setting up several washeries for beneficiation of coal for power generation as a result of a recent seminar jointly organised by Central Fuel Research Institute (CFRI), a part of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research complex, and Japan Coal Energy Centre.
