International talks to limit the pollution blamed for global warming will restart on July 16 in Bonn, Dutch Environment Minister Jan Pronk said on Wednesday. The last round of talks in The Hague, chaired by Pronk, broke down in November after U.S. and European Union negotiators failed to agree a compromise on how to meet targets to cut greenhouse gas pollution set out in Kyoto in 1997.
