The 17th round of Janmabhoomi, the TDP government's pet developmental programme focussing on community participation and self help, got off to a flying start today with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu launching a Rs 2,450 crore World Bank aided poverty alleviation scheme in Andhra Pradesh.
