The Kerala Chief Minister Mr. E.K. Nayanar, today reiterated his Government's commitment to energy conservation. Inaugurating a two-day workshop on Indo-Japanese cooperation in energy conservation, Mr. Nayanar said energy conservation had become a vital issue in Kerala as it was comparatively less industrialised and some of its established industries were energy-intensive.
