CMS Energy to set up Rs 200-cr arm

US power major CMS Energy is setting up a wholly-owned subsidieary in India with an Investment of Rs 200 crore. According to sources, the subsidiary will utilise the amount for identifying and developing projects in the energy sector, including electric power generation, transmission and distribution , oil and gas exploration, transmission, storage and processing, energy marketing and electric and natural gas utility operations.
