The proprietor of NUGAS Technologies India claimed that Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit had nothing to do with his company nor had he received favours from the City Government in getting work orders for the conversion of the Delhi Transport Corporation's (DTC) diesel buses to CNG.
