The Delhi Contract Bus Association today alleged that the buses run on CNG kits fitted by the Delhi government-approved Nugas Technology had proved a "complete technical and mechanical failure".The buses were reported to be over-consuming the gas and mobile oil. The vehicles had decreased their average mileage and were reported to be emitting smoke, the association alleged.
