Days before the Deepak Parekh committee is scheduled to submit its report on escrow and other related issues, Cogentrix India chief Ron Somers has written to the Karnataka Chief Minister seeking an immediate meeting to discuss the Mangalore Power Company's 1,000 mw thermal power project.
