A thriving illegal business in ozone depleting substances (ODS) into India from Nepal and Bangladesh as part of a wider international network is undermining India's efforts in phasing out its own production of these harmful chemicals.This was revealed by the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA), a London-based international campaigning organisation committed to exposing environmental crime.
