Union Minister of Andhra Pradesh state for Railways Bandaru Dattatreya accused the Opposition Congress of not cooperating with the Telegu Desam Party government in finalising the state's stand on the constitution of a fresh tribunal on sharing Krishna waters. He cautioned that any delay in finalising the state's stand in the wake of the upper riparian state of Karnataka urging the Centre to constitute a tribunal would be detrimental to the farmers in Andhra Pradesh.
