Norwegian conservationists issued on Tuesday a formal complaint to the Oil and Energy Ministry in a bid to prevent the planned development of a wind farm in western parts of the country.The Norwegian Society for the Prevention of Ancient Monuments (NSPAM) said it wanted to stop state power company Statkraft's development of a 35 turbines wind farm at Stadlandet on the grounds that it would detract from the "uniqueness" of a 12th Century monastery.
