Opposition to the Enron power project appears to be raising its head again with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board Workers' federation having arranged a convention (to be held on July 11 in Mumbai) against Phase -II of the Dabhol project.The other issue at the convention will be its opposition to the privatisation of generation and distribution.
