The Union Cabinet today revised the counter guarantee terms for the pending fast-track projects. Further, the Government has decided to issue counter guarantees for three projects - the Neyveli-based 250 MW ST-CMS project, the 1040 MW Vizag-based Hinduja project and the 1082 MW Ispat promoted Bhadrawati power project.
