The Centre signed the counter-guarantee agreement for the 250 MW St-CMS promoted Neyveli-based lignite fired fast track project. To operationalise the counter-guarantee, the Centre also signed a tripartite agreement with the Reserve Bank of India and the Tamil Nadu Government.
