Greenpeace was seeking a court injunction against Argentina's gas industry regulator Enargas to halt construction of a $400m gas pipeline. The environmental group says the pipeline threatens Argentina's dwindling jaguar population as it would pass through the Yungas rainforest in northern Argentina.
