The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has appointed panel of experts to find out the causes of cracks in the edifice and redesign the Rs. 13.6 billion Chashma Hydro-power project, it is learnt.Serious cracks have developed in the structure of under-construction hydro power project because of this work on the project is at standstill.
