Cochin Refineries Ltd has selected a consortium comprising CEA Ambalamugal Energy Co. and Larsen Toubro as joint venture partner for its 500 mw power plant at Ambalamugal in Kochi, which is expected to be constucted at a cost of Rs 2,994 crores.
